A self-contained pot containing approximately 100-150 Fruit Flies (Drosophila melanogaster). This species is very popular amongst breeders of amphibians, chameleons and many other smaller species of insect eating lizards. As with the larger fruit flies (Drosophila Hydei) they contain a good balance of nutrients as the flies feed on sugars and yeasts so the freshly fed fly will contain simple carbohydrates and B vitamins. Care Instructions: As with all live food, it is essential they are kept healthy. Provided in a self-contained pot, leave the fruit flies in a cool place away from bright light.
