Sale of Livestock - Terms & Conditions

When purchasing a Reptile or Exotic Animal from Exeter Exotics, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Due to different species specific requirements of exotics, it is very difficult to guarantee any animal for any great length of time.

At the time of sale, we guarantee livestock is feeding (unless otherwise agreed) and 100% healthy.

All livestock is guaranteed against death or illness for a period of 48hrs, after which time we are unable to accept any further liability for the animal.

Proof of your setup may be requested.

Due to various reasons, it's not always possible to sex exotic livestock.

Where possible, we endeavour to sex animals correctly, however every animal is different & therefore mistakes can be made. For this reason, even with animals that have the sex stated, we are unable to 100% guarantee the sex of any livestock.

We will however give a total of 7 days for you to ensure your animal has been correctly sexed. After 7 days we assume no further liability if your animal has been incorrectly sexed.

Deposits - We require a minimum of a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the animal(s).

Deposits & Monies paid towards Payment Plans are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

We are happy to courier animals with a DEFRA Licensed Courier. Prices start from £45.
